Basic HTML Codes
Our WISIWYG module is a hit but some of our sites have our regular text modules that require some code in order to Bold or Italic an item. Also a lot of other content modules available in LEAP™ accept HTML codes and it's very helpful to know the basics.
How do I BOLD an item?
to BOLD any item within most modules in LEAP™ just type... < b > type your text you wish to bold here < /b > (with no spaces between the "<")
How do I ITALIC an item?
to ITALIC an item within most modules in LEAP™ just type < i > type your text you wish to italicize here < /i > (with no spaces between the "<")
How do I make a LINK?
to make a LINK within most modules in LEAP™ just type...
< a href = "Pagename" > Text you wish to appear as link < / a> (with no spaces).
How do I add an astrix "*" in my content?
to add an astrix "*" in LEAP™ just type "& l o w a s t ;" (with no spaces).
Those are the basics, the latest version of our text module has a more Word feel so you can highlight text and hit a button to perform that action but it's always good to know the basics!
